There are three simple ways for your business to access the great functionality of vinDELIVER. Whether you're going to be managing one hundred loads or one hundred thousand loads, we have provided you with the simplest and quickest ways to connect.

You can create individual loads manually via our web portal, upload a spreadsheet containing thousand of loads, or connect to your existing transport management software using out simple to use API.

Spreadsheet - upload 100's of loads to multiple drivers in a flash

Our web portal will map to your spreadsheets, allowing you to import unlimited loads in an instant, and have them automatically allocated and sent to drivers.

1 Create a spreadsheet of loads in CSV format.
2 Upload spreadsheet into our web portal to automatically create loads.
3 The web portal automatically assigns and sends loads according to spreadsheet data.
4 Electronic data captured during pickup and delivery.
5 Access and share electronic data with key staff and customers.

STEP ONE - Create Spreadsheet
Create a spreadsheet of deliveries in the vinDELIVER CSV format. The CSV format includes fields for customer, pickup location, delivery location, vehicle details and assigned driver.

STEP TWO - Upload Spreadsheet
Log into the web portal and select the saved CSV file for import.

STEP THREE - Assign To Driver
The system will automatically import the spreadsheet, allocate the jobs to your company and send jobs to the specified drivers.

STEP FOUR - Collect ePoD Information
Collect information on your driver's device - information collected and statuses will be automatically sent back to our servers.

STEP FIVE - Receive New Information
Make the new information available to your planners, operational staff, accountant, management team and customers.

What software do I need to access the web portal?

You just need your web browser, and vinDELIVER runs in any modern web browser.

Is there a limit to the number of vehicles I can import?

You can import as many vehicles as you like into the system as long as you have enough credit. We recommend that you don't import huge spreadsheets due to the time it can take to upload. It is recommended that you keep import files to around 1,000 vehicles.

What is the format of the CSV file?

CSV stands for 'Comma Separated Values', and is a way to easily import and export data between computer systems. A template of the CSV file format can be downloaded from the web portal.

Can I export data out of the system?

We make all data collected available to you so that you can export data into your systems for billing, auditing, updating etc.

Can customers input data for me?

You can give your customers direct access to the system to allow them to input data and view collected data.

Is the data stored and backed up?

All data is stored and backed up in a highly secure hosting facility. No customer or user has direct access to the data or databases. vinDELIVER is hosted at www.rackspace.com, a world leader in cloud and managed hosting services.

Can I manually create loads in the web portal?

Loads can be manually created using the "Create Job" tool in the web portal.
